Real implementation context
Cases and examples informed by hands-on corporate sustainability work, while respecting confidentiality and avoiding simplistic success stories.
Teaching & Workshops
I work with companies, universities and executive education programmes through practitioner-led sessions that connect sustainability frameworks with real business decisions.
My sessions use cases, dilemmas and implementation challenges to explore what happens when climate targets, product requirements, regulation and communication meet organizational reality.
Cases and examples informed by hands-on corporate sustainability work, while respecting confidentiality and avoiding simplistic success stories.
How sustainability translates across products, procurement, finance, operations and communication into concrete decisions and responsibilities.
Structured discussion of difficult choices and competing objectives, with participants analysing and defending possible approaches rather than only receiving information.
A perspective shaped by global corporate work, European regulation, international environmental cooperation and cross-border value chains.
A climate target fits in one sentence. Delivering it takes data systems, governance and years of operational change.
